Terms of service
Updated 3 September 2026
Using Open Creator means you agree to what follows. Written short and plain, with no fine print.
Account
- You are responsible for everything done under your account. Keep your password to yourself.
- A workspace can hold several people. The workspace owner decides who joins, who leaves and who approves articles.
- You can delete your account at any time — on the web under Account, on your phone under Settings. If you are the only owner of a workspace, that workspace and everything in it goes too.
Content you create
- Your content stays yours. We claim no ownership of the articles, scripts or audio you produce here.
- We process your content only to run the service: generate the article, read it aloud, publish it to the channels you connected.
- You confirm you hold the rights to what you put in — images, quotations, cloned voices. Feeding in someone else's voice without their consent is your responsibility, not ours.
- Do not use the service for unlawful content, to impersonate real people, or to spread deliberate falsehoods.
Credit and payment
- The service is billed per run, not by subscription. The price of each kind of run is shown in the app before you start it.
- Credit you buy does not expire.
- Runs that fail because of our system are refunded in credit. A run that completed but that you simply do not like is not refunded — edit it with the editing tools instead.
- Deleting your account forfeits any remaining credit. It is not refunded and cannot be moved to another account. The confirmation screen shows the balance before you press.
- Prices may change. A price change does not apply retroactively to credit you already bought.
Channels you connect
When you connect WordPress, Telegram, Discord, Facebook, YouTube or TikTok, you allow the system to publish on your behalf — only the articles you press publish on. You can disconnect at any time. Each platform's own rules still apply to what you post there.
The service will sometimes break
We try to keep it running but do not promise it never stops. Video rendering and speech run through a queue; when it is busy, it is slow. Runs that fail on our side are refunded as above.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our liability to you will not exceed what you paid in the last three months. We are not liable for indirect loss — lost revenue, lost opportunity, or reputation damage from something you published.
Machine-written content needs your eyes before it goes out. The output is made for you to review before publishing, and the review screen exists for exactly that reason.
Ending service
We may suspend an account used for unlawful activity or to attack the system. Otherwise you keep access for as long as the account exists.
Software licence
The Open Creator source is released under PolyForm Noncommercial 1.0.0 — readable, modifiable and free for personal use; commercial use needs a separate licence. These terms cover the hosted service we run and do not replace the source licence.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
